"WHERE'S THE EVIDENCE?: Arnie's Precrime Division Makes Arrests" By Kurt Nimmo ANOTHER DAY IN THE EMPIRE: Life in Neoconservative America http://www.KurtNimmo.com/ (Written on December 23 and 28, 2003 respectively) [Copyright (c) 2003 in the U.S.A. and Internationally by Kurt Nimmo and/or Another Day In The Empire. All rights are reserved.] "Buried on the Bush Ministry of Disinformation (CNN division) home page is an article http://www.CNN.com/2003/US/12/23/
threat.level/index.html
dwarfed by Orange Christmas, Mad Cow in America, and Jacko's Lament -- LAPD, department of Precrime, have made "pre-emptive" arrests of "people who came to authorities' attention after the September 11, 2001, al Qaeda terror attacks in the United States." Never mind that there's absolutely no evidence "al-Qaeda" attacked the Empire on that fateful morning over two years ago -- or that al-Qaeda even exists as proclaimed ad nauseam by the Ministry and its puppet handlers in Washington -- these hapless and nameless individuals are suspected of plotting nefarious crimes, although none are "charged with any terrorism-related offense but were rounded up on unrelated charges -- in one case, credit card fraud -- in an effort to get information about possible threats." In other words, these individuals were arrested, even though they didn't actually engage in any criminal behavior. "It's hardly coincidental "a number of grand jury subpoenas have been issued in the Los Angeles area" a day or so after Code Orange was imposed on Christmas shoppers and travelers. It's all designed to scare the public witless and soften them up for more scary things to come. "Meanwhile, the Bushites want to extend Code Orange beyond the holidays. "No one should assume that once we get to Christmas and after New Year's that people should let their guard down," a government official told the New York Times http://www.DFW.com/mld/dfw/news/nation/7555848.htm . "Al Qaeda has suffered some serious setbacks, but we know they're still capable of launching major attacks." "I received the following email last night: "So "there's absolutely no evidence 'al-Qaeda' attacked the Empire on that fateful morning over three years ago -- or that al-Qaeda even exists"? "Not even "Masterminds of Terror" by Yosri Fouda and Nick Fielding, in which Fouda reports upon his (tape-recorded) interviews with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Ramzi Binalshibh in which they take full credit for the September 11 attacks on behalf of Al-Qaeda? "Read 'Debunk the myth of Al Qaeda' http://www.CSMonitor
.com/2002/0523/p11s02-coop.html
: ""The United States and its allies in the war on terrorism must defuse the widespread image of Al Qaeda as a ubiquitous, super-organized terror network and call it as it is: a loose collection of groups and individuals that doesn't even refer to itself as 'Al Qaeda.' Most of the affiliated groups have distinct goals within their own countries or regions, and pose little direct threat to the United States. Washington must also be careful not to imply that any attack anywhere is by definition, or likely, the work of Al Qaeda." "This is exactly what the Bushites have done repeatedly since 9/11 -- pin the blame for nearly every terrorist incident on the grossly exaggerated al-Qaeda. In fact, it's even worse -- they have issued warnings and jacked up the ludicrous color-coded terror alert simply to spread fear, most recently over this holiday season. It's more than obvious the Bushites are "scripting hysterics to bully us into submission" with fake terror alerts http://www.EtherZone.com/2003/wats021703.shtml . "In regard to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Ramzi Binalshibh, how do we even know these two individuals are associated with the largely mythical al-Qaeda? Because the repeatedly demonstrated liars in the Bush administration http://www.The
Age.com.au/articles/2003/11/05/1068013255336.html
say so? Ramzi Binalshibh was taken to an "undisclosed third country for further interrogation," http://Edition.CNN.com/2002/WORLD/asia
pcf/south/09/16/alqaeda.pakistan/
and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed "was handed over to US intelligence officials, who flew him out to the US naval base on Diego Garcia, where a secret detention center has been functioning since March 2002, away from the prying eyes of the media and international human rights organizations." http://www.GlobalResearch.ca/articles/RAM303

. In other words, these two guys were tortured in order to extract information. The Washington Post wrote about this http://www.Guardian.co.uk/afghanistan/story/0,1284,865454,00
.html
almost exactly a year ago. It should be a no-brainer that tortured people will tell their torturers whatever they want to hear. "Finally, Yosri Fouda and Nick Fielding base much of their book on "al-Qaeda documents." These so-called documents are, at best, suspect. As the Niger uranium documents clearly demonstrate, the Bushites have no problem passing off forgeries as evidence. It is now generally believed that the incriminating Osama bin Laden video http://www.CommonDreams.org/views
01/1217-07.htm
-- where the Saudi millionaire purportedly takes credit for 9/11 -- is a fake. The documents that supposedly indict George Galloway, a former member of Parliament, as a Saddam toady are sloppily crafted fakes http://www.CSMonitor.com/
2003/0620/p01s03-woiq.htm
. In short, any document offered up by "intelligence services" or the Bushites as evidence should be taken with a large grain of salt at best.” Kurt Nimmo is a photographer, multimedia artist and writer living in New Mexico.
